The nutritionist Filipa Vicente organizes a workshop on the 27th of January at 9.30 pm dedicated to the nutrition of endurance athletes.
It is a workshop for practitioners of modalities such as running, cycling and triathlon that will answer some of the most relevant questions on the subject:
What to eat before training and why?
How to improve recovery?
What is the most correct supply protocol?
What care should I take during the week of the race?
And in the end, space to post and have your questions answered.
