As Norda 005 são daquelas sapatilhas que nos fazem querer correr mais depressa só de olhar para elas. Depois de vários treinos em trilhos rápidos, estradões, zonas de gravilha e alguns segmentos mais técnicos, fiquei com a sensação de que a Norda conseguiu criar algo muito especial: uma sapatilha extremamente leve, rápida e confortável, mas sem a fragilidade típica de muitos modelos.
E sim… são caras. Mas também são realmente diferentes das demais.
Primeiras impressões
A primeira coisa que impressiona nas Norda 005 é o peso. Mal as calçamos parecem quase inexistentes no pé. A sensação é de uma sapatilha minimalista no peso, mas maximalista nos materiais e na construção.
O upper em Dyneema transmite imediatamente robustez e qualidade premium. É fino, respirável e adapta-se muito bem ao pé, sem criar pontos de pressão. Ao mesmo tempo, dá uma sensação de resistência acima da média.
Visualmente também são das sapatilhas de trail mais bonitas que já usei. A Norda aposta num design simples, limpo e moderno, e isso resulta muito bem tanto no trilho como fora dele.
Sensações em corrida
Foi em andamento que realmente percebi o que torna estas sapatilhas especiais.
As Norda 005 têm uma passada muito fluida e dinâmica. A espuma Arnitel TPEE oferece uma combinação rara de suavidade, resposta e estabilidade. Não têm aquele comportamento demasiado mole, nem são secas ou agressivas. Há um equilíbrio muito interessante entre conforto e velocidade.
Em trilhos rápidos e rolantes são surpreendentes. Sentimo-nos naturalmente inclinados a acelerar. A transição é rápida e eficiente.
Apesar de serem leves, nunca senti falta de proteção. A sapatilha mantém-se estável mesmo em descidas mais rápidas e transmite bastante confiança.
Tração excelente em piso seco e molhado
Outro ponto muito forte é a sola Vibram Megagrip Elite.
A aderência é excelente em praticamente todas as superfícies onde corri: terra batida, pedra, gravilha, trilhos húmidos e até zonas molhadas. A tração transmite muita segurança, especialmente em mudanças rápidas de direção ou em descidas mais agressivas.
Não são umas sapatilhas feitas para lama profunda ou terreno extremamente técnico, mas em terrenos rápidos e mistos comportam-se de forma exemplar.
Durabilidade acima da média
Uma das maiores surpresas foi a resistência dos materiais.
Normalmente, sapatilhas tão leves acabam por mostrar desgaste relativamente cedo. Aqui não senti isso. O upper continua praticamente impecável e a sola tem resistido muito bem ao uso.
Vários utilizadores relatam quilometragens bastante elevadas mantendo bom desempenho, algo pouco comum neste segmento.
O que menos gostei
Nem tudo é perfeito.
O preço é claramente o maior obstáculo. Estamos a falar de uma sapatilha premium num patamar muito acima da média do mercado.
Além disso, apesar de funcionarem muito bem em trilhos rápidos, não acho que sejam a melhor escolha para montanha muito técnica, lama pesada ou terrenos extremamente agressivos. A base relativamente suave e o fit mais espaçoso podem não agradar a todos nesses contextos.
Veredicto final
As Norda 005 são umas das sapatilhas de trail muito interessantes.
São leves, rápidas, muito confortáveis e construídas com materiais de enorme qualidade. A tração é excelente tanto em seco como em molhado, o conforto surpreende e a durabilidade parece claramente acima da média para uma sapatilha deste segmento.
Não são umas sapatilhas para toda a gente (principalmente por causa do preço) mas para quem procura uma experiência premium em trilhos rápidos e mistos, são absolutamente fantásticas.

The Norda 005 are the kind of shoes that make you want to run faster just by looking at them. After several runs on fast trails, gravel roads, and some more technical sections, I was left with the impression that Norda has created something very special: an extremely light, fast, and comfortable shoe, but without the fragility typical of many similar models.
And yes… they are expensive. But they are also genuinely different from the rest.
First impressions
The first thing that stands out about the Norda 005 is the weight. As soon as you put them on, they almost feel like they disappear on your feet. The sensation is of a minimalist shoe in weight, but a maximalist one in materials and construction.
The Dyneema upper immediately conveys a sense of robustness and premium quality. It is thin, highly breathable, and adapts very well to the foot without creating pressure points. At the same time, it gives a feeling of above-average durability.
Visually, they are also among the most beautiful trail running shoes I have used. Norda focuses on a simple, clean, and modern design, which works very well both on the trail and off it.
Running feel
It was on the run that I truly understood what makes these shoes special.
The Norda 005 delivers a very smooth and dynamic ride. The Arnitel TPEE foam offers a rare combination of softness, responsiveness, and stability. They are neither overly soft nor harsh or aggressive. There is a very interesting balance between comfort and speed.
On fast and rolling trails, they are genuinely impressive. You naturally feel inclined to pick up the pace. The transition is quick and efficient.
Despite being lightweight, I never felt a lack of protection. The shoe remains stable even on faster descents and inspires a lot of confidence.
Excellent traction on both dry and wet terrain
Another major highlight is the Vibram Megagrip Elite outsole.
Grip is excellent on almost every surface I tested: hard-packed dirt, rock, gravel, damp trails, and even wet sections. The traction provides a strong sense of security, especially during quick direction changes or more aggressive descents.
These are not shoes designed for deep mud or highly technical alpine terrain, but on fast and mixed trails they perform exceptionally well.
Above-average durability
One of the biggest surprises was the material durability.
Normally, very lightweight shoes tend to show wear quite early. That was not the case here. The upper still looks almost pristine, and the outsole has held up very well over time.
Many users also report high mileage while maintaining good performance, which is uncommon in this category.
What I liked less
Not everything is perfect.
The price is clearly the biggest barrier. These are premium shoes positioned well above the average market price.
Additionally, while they perform very well on fast trails, I do not think they are the best choice for highly technical mountain terrain, deep mud, or extremely rough conditions. The relatively soft platform and roomier fit may not suit everyone in those environments.
Final verdict
The Norda 005 are very impressive trail running shoes.
They are light, fast, extremely comfortable, and built with outstanding materials. Traction is excellent in both dry and wet conditions, comfort is surprising, and durability appears clearly above average for this segment.
They are not for everyone (mainly due to the price), but for runners looking for a premium experience on fast and mixed trails, they are absolutely fantastic.
